Capability matching

Revision control
Files and changes are identified by revision. A revised requirement is reviewed for price, timing, tooling, and work already in progress before release.
Inspection planning
Critical dimensions and visible or functional requirements are identified before production. Inspection level and documentation are quoted to match risk.
Finish control
Color, gloss, texture, cosmetic faces, masking, preparation, and sample approval requirements are established before coating.
Release & delivery
Packaging, identification, documentation, shipment condition, and delivery method are checked before the completed scope is released.
