Do I need a production-ready CAD file?+
No. Choose the design-assist path if you have a sketch, photo, sample, or incomplete drawing. Engineering and drawing work may be quoted separately.
Is pricing instant?+
Not yet for most work. We provide human-reviewed pricing because material, tolerances, forming, welding, finishing, and logistics can materially change the scope.
Does FinalMetal manufacture everything in its own facility?+
No. FinalMetal coordinates qualified specialist production partners and remains the accountable customer-facing project owner. Owned capacity may be added as the business grows.
What files can I send?+
DXF, DWG, STEP/STP, IGES/IGS, PDF, ZIP, PNG, and JPG. If your format is not listed, describe it in the request.
Can you handle welding and coating after cutting?+
Yes, subject to technical review. The point of FabComplete is to combine cutting, forming, welding, finishing, assembly, packaging, and delivery in one managed scope.
Can you provide material or inspection documents?+
When required and confirmed in the quote. State certificates, traceability, critical dimensions, first-article, weld, or finish documentation in your RFQ.
Where do you serve?+
Our launch focus is New Jersey, New York City, and Eastern Pennsylvania. Projects outside the region are reviewed based on shipping and coordination fit.
How are my files handled?+
They are stored privately for evaluation and fulfillment and shared only as reasonably necessary. Request an NDA before disclosing particularly sensitive information.
